A basic rail configuration precisely matched to the equipment and two sets of fixating elements form the basis for the perfect alignment and fixing of many different parts. The modular clamping system from dk solves clamping requirements, as flexibly as the ScopeCheck S fulfills different measuring tasks. The measuring device is designed for measuring turned, milled, injection moulded, punched and formed parts and the basic equipment sets are also designed for this purpose. dk supports near-production measuring with the quick-change pallet: set-ups outside the measuring machine are used to achieve maximum performance by minimising unproductive machine times and simplifying the overall process. For special part geometries many additional clamping elements which are 100% compatible with these basic sets can be found in the dk main catalogue with over 1,000 products.
